Material model parameter cards for ThoMat computational software tools are mainly established on the basis of TMF/LCF/HCF fatigue tests considering the effect of strain amplitude, temperature, dwell, frequency, R-Ratio, phase-shift and microstructure on the materials response. Material model parameter cards are available or under construction for Al-, Fe-, Ni- and Ti-based materials for different processing routes (cast, wrought, forged and additively manufactured). In general, two material model parameter cards are available. One for the Chaboche-based cyclic plasticity model and one for the DTMF-based lifetime model. The material model parameter cards for the Chaboche-based cyclic plasticity models are available for user material subroutines (ThoMat) and the Abaqus and Ansys intrinsic material models. In the case that cyclic hardening or softening is not accounted for in the kinematic hardening law, the material model parameter cards for ThoMat and the Abaqus and Ansys intrinsic material models can be translated directly into each other. A continuous maintenance and development of the material data base is established to extend the quantity and validity of material model parameter cards.
